QLife Wellness Rewards helps you build healthy habits and stay engaged in your wellness journey all year long. With a points-based structure, you choose the activities that work best for you. The more activities you complete throughout the year, the more points you earn, the bigger your reward.
New for 2026
The QLife Wellness Rewards program has been enhanced to make earning points—and reaching your reward—easier than ever. New and expanded activities have been added to give you more options to support your well-being in ways that fit your life and help you achieve your wellness goals. More choices, more points and more flexibility to make progress your way.
Whether you’re building healthy routines, adding more movement to your day, strengthening your finances, or finding time to recharge, QLife Wellness offers tools and support to help you make progress.
How does it work?
- Step 1: Register or log in to Wellness Online powered by Personify Health*
- Step 2: Download the mobile app or bookmark Wellness Online powered by Personify Health on your desktop and sync your devices (like your mobile phone and/or smart watch) to easily complete and track daily activities (optional)
- Step 3: Browse the available activities on your desktop or in the mobile app
- Step 4: Complete the well-being activities that are right for you and track them in the Wellness Online powered by Personify Health platform
- Step 5: Earn points and get rewarded! With four different reward levels, your reward is based on the activities you complete. The more wellness activities you complete, the more you earn!
