Quad’s initial public offering was on July 6 th , 2010. At that point Quad’s stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol QUAD.

Q: Does Quad have a share repurchase program?

Yes. Quad’s Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $100 million of the Company’s outstanding Class A Common Stock.
