Biography
Cari Bucci-Hulings is President, Quad Agency Solutions (QAS) for Quad.
In her role, she co-leads QAS and its agencies — Betty, Favorite Child and Rise — alongside Kelly Vanderboom, EVP, Head of Agency Operations.
Cari provides executive oversight of Account Management, Agency PMO, Strategy and Creative functions across QAS. Cari deploys her integrated skillset to strengthen alignment and operational excellence across these critical functions, helping Quad deliver a seamless experience for clients.
Prior to joining Quad, Cari served as President of MARC USA and as a Senior Vice President for FCB (Foote, Cone & Belding), two well-respected, full-service advertising agencies. In 2022 Cari was named an Adweek Women Trailblazer and, in 2017, a Chicago Business Journal woman of influence.
Cari serves as the executive sponsor of Quad’s PRIDE BRG and is a mental health advocate. She has served on the board of directors for the Grant Park Music Festival as well as for Make-A-Wish Illinois.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and a master’s degree in integrated marketing from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
Cari and her husband have two children and a dog and live in Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys travel, martial arts and volunteering for various community organizations.
