Kelly Vanderboom is Executive Vice President & Treasurer; President of Logistics; and Vice President of the Program Management Office (PMO) of Quad.
As Executive Vice President and Treasurer, Kelly secures financing and maintains relationships with lending institutions, including commodity and foreign exchange hedging. He also oversees the risk department and the placement of all global insurance policies.
As President of Logistics, he leads Quad Transportation Services, the company’s in-house freight management division; and Duplainville Transport, Quad’s tractor-trailer fleet.
In addition, Kelly leads the PMO, which assimilates the companies acquired by Quad to strengthen and broaden its integrated marketing platform. He also provides executive oversight for Quad Paper Services & Corporate Sourcing, which manages the sourcing of a wide array of consumables for Quad including Quad-supplied paper.
Before taking on this wide and varied position, Kelly was controller of Parcel Direct, a freight expediting subsidiary, which was sold to FedEx in 2004. He joined Quad in 1993.
Kelly serves on the advisory board at Rise Interactive, a Quad Company.
He lives in New Berlin, Wis., with his wife, Nicole, and their three school-age kids. Kelly likes to take his family to beautiful Door County, Wis., to enjoy the Lake Michigan shoreline. He also enjoys traveling, reading, running, and biking.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Strategic Leadership Institute and G100 Emerging Leaders Program.
