Biography

Rob Quadracci is Chief Human Resources Officer for Quad. Rob is responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategy and policy for the marketing experience company.

Rob joined Quad in 1999. Since then, he has applied his highly collaborative work style and strategic leadership approach to senior roles in many of the company’s divisions and locations.

He first held plant leadership positions in print production facilities at The Rock, Ga., and Saratoga Springs, N.Y., before transitioning to a Corporate HR role, where he honed his expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation. Rob was instrumental in the integration initiatives associated with Quad’s major acquisitions, including Worldcolor, Vertis Communications, Periscope, and Rise Interactive, as well as the integration of the company’s Poland operations after it acquired the commercial printer, Winkowski.

Rob also has been a strategic HR business partner to leaders and groups across Quad, and he has been pivotal to helping the company evolve its business and organizational structure for accelerated growth as a marketing experience company. He is a member of Quad’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys golfing, skiing out West, and relaxing by one of Wisconsin’s beautiful lakes.

He and his wife live in Hartland, Wisc. They have three children and a menagerie of pets.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Gonzaga University and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
