Biography

As Quad’s Chief Financial Officer, Tony is responsible for strategic planning, accounting, finance, treasury, tax, risk, investor relations and corporate development for Quad. He oversees the financial activities of the corporation, determines capital allocation, and directs the preparation of financial reporting and forecasts.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance from March 2017 until January 2022 – a role in which he oversaw financial planning and analysis, credit and collections, investor relations, and corporate development. Joining the company in 2009 as Director of External Reporting, Tony played a key role in preparing Quad for our launch as a public company on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010, building our Securities and Exchange Commission reporting function. Subsequently, he was named Director of Internal Audit in 2011; Executive Director – Financial Controller in 2013; Chief Accounting Officer in 2014; and Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2015.

Before coming to Quad, Tony was CFO of data consulting firm Sagence, Inc. He began his career at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen in 1995.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Board of Directors for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee.
