Don leads the corporate teams supporting our strategic sales approach. His responsibilities encompass all processes that bridge the selling process to plant operations, including estimating, pricing and deal approval; scheduling; and design innovation, account support and reporting with a focus on continuous improvement. Don joined Quad in 2010 as Product Planning Manager based in New York City, where he focused on the complex integration of New York City Sales and East Coast clients following Quad’s acquisition of global printer Worldcolor. In 2011 he relocated to Quad’s corporate headquarters in Sussex, Wis., to support the product planning and deal review processes. He was named Vice President of Sales Administration in 2013. Don began his print career in 1998 when he joined J.S. Eliezer Associates, a print consulting firm in Stamford, Conn. He was named president of the firm in 2004. Don earned an MBA degree in finance from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Lehigh University. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018.
