As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Don leads Quad’s corporate teams, defining and supporting our strategic sales approach and the customer experience. His sales administration responsibilities encompass all activities that bridge the selling process to plant operations including pricing and deal strategy, estimating, scheduling, account support, postal solutions, print management, long-run publication sales management, and design innovation and business solutions, as well as the strategy development and implementation team. His customer experience responsibilities include guiding and overseeing Quad’s customer service strategy and organization, including billing, with a focus on responding to clients’ needs and challenges and offering creative solutions.
Previously, he served as Quad’s Senior Vice President of Sales Administration from 2018 until he was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2022. Don joined Quad in 2010 as Product Planning Manager, based in New York City. He focused on the complex integration of New York City Sales and East Coast clients following Quad’s July 2010 acquisition of global printer Worldcolor. In 2011, he relocated to Quad’s corporate headquarters in Sussex, Wis., to support the product planning and deal review processes. He was named Vice President of Sales Administration in 2013.
Don launched his print industry career at J.S. Eliezer Associates, a print consulting firm headquartered in Stamford, Conn., in 1998. He was promoted to the firm’s President in 2004, the position he held until he joined Quad in 2010.
Don earned an MBA in finance from Villanova University, and bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing from Lehigh University.
