As Senior Vice President, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel, Dana is responsible for ensuring Quad maintains ethical and compliant business practices around the globe, and for oversight of Quad’s holistic, integrated and agile approach to Enterprise Risk Management. Dana works closely with Quad’s Senior Executive Team to identify risks, create mitigation strategies and measure progress, and is accountable to the board of directors. She guides the risk and compliance functions for international trade, data privacy, cybersecurity, physical security, and environmental, health and safety. Additionally, Dana plays a lead role in crisis management, heading Quad’s Crisis Management Team, which includes providing oversight for management of the COVID-19 pandemic. In her role as Deputy General Counsel, Dana is responsible for overseeing multiple Legal Department functions including but not limited to labor and employment, employee benefits, litigation, and commercial contracts.

Previously, Dana served as Quad’s Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel from 2016 until she was promoted to her current role in January 2022. Dana joined Quad in 2007 as Employment Counsel where she was responsible for a wide range of employment-related legal matters. In 2010, following Quad’s acquisition of Worldcolor, Dana was promoted to Director of Labor and Employment Law. She was promoted again in 2013 to Assistant General Counsel, was named Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in August 2015, and advanced to Vice President in August 2016.

Prior to joining Quad, Dana worked at some of the nation’s largest law firms.

Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
