Biography

As Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Dana is responsible for ensuring Quad maintains ethical and compliant business practices around the globe. This includes managing the company’s Code of Conduct, overseeing the company’s ethics and compliance hotline, upholding contractual obligations and the law, and chairing the company’s Executive Compliance Committee. She also contributes to advancing the company’s role in the high compliance and healthcare industries. As Deputy General Counsel, she is responsible for multiple Legal Department functions, including labor and employment, employee benefits, litigation, safety, environmental and security. Dana joined Quad in 2007 as Employment Counsel where she was responsible for a wide range of employment-related legal matters. In 2010, following the acquisition of Worldcolor, Dana was promoted to Director of Labor and Employment Law. She was promoted again in 2013 to Assistant General Counsel, and was named Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in August 2015 before taking on her current role in August 2016. Prior to joining Quad, Dana worked at some of the nation’s largest law firms. She graduated from the University of Michigan and has her law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.
