As President of In-Store Solutions and South America, Tim is responsible for leading important global growth areas of Quad’s marketing solutions business. For In-Store Solutions, Tim leads Quad’s global operations focused on creating innovative solutions that attract, engage and motivate retail customers toward making a purchase. For South America, Tim leads our platform, which consists of operations in Argentina, Colombia and Peru, and where he draws on his extensive international business experience that includes serving as Managing Director of Quad Europe between 2011 and 2014 and, prior to that, Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Quad Europe for three years. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Polish, Tim was instrumental in establishing Quad’s International Sales and Production Department in the 1990s. Tim’s other leadership experience at the company includes President of Marketing Solutions; President of Retail Insert, Catalog, Direct Mail and Commercial & Specialty; General Manager of Publications & Catalogs; Vice President of Sales for the Midwest; Sales Manager in our Chicago and New York Sales offices; and National Sales Director for Quad subsidiary Parcel Direct (now part of FedEx). Tim, who joined Quad in 1994 as a Corporate Trainee, holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and Spanish from Marquette University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
