Biography

As Vice President of Marketing, Colleen uses her 25-plus years of strategic marketing experience in both the consumer and business-to-business industries to lead Quad’s marketing strategy, analysis, planning and execution. She collaborates with Sales, Sales Enablement and Client Strategy leaders on foundational marketing functions that include expanding market awareness, driving lead generation and sales conversion, fostering customer loyalty and delivering the best possible Quad solutions and services to new and existing clients.


Colleen joined Quad in July 2017 as an Executive Director of Business Process Strategy. In this role, she applied her many years’ experience in retail marketing operations to help clients improve production efficiencies through better utilization of people, process and technology.


Prior to Quad, Colleen was Vice President of Marketing Administration for The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., and a 20-year Quad customer. At The Bon-Ton Stores, Colleen was responsible for the company’s advertising and sales promotional planning and budgeting; advertising expense forecasting; vendor contract negotiations; media planning and buying for all media channels including digital, direct mail, inserts, magazine, broadcast, outdoor and newspaper; and overseeing the in-house production, including prepress operations. She led her team in managing the complex media optimization and versioning distribution that supported seven different regional department store brands that operated across 26 states and through the company’s commerce business.


Prior to retail marketing, Colleen held roles in marketing service providers and B2B agencies that supported clients across a variety of sectors including finance, insurance, healthcare, automotive and agriculture.
