Jennie Kent is Executive Vice President and Chief People & Legal Officer of Quad. She leads a broad range of corporate functions including legal, human resources, corporate communications, compliance, government affairs, and real estate, as well as the safety and environmental management teams.
As Quad’s corporate secretary, Jennie taps her deep legal expertise to provide counsel and support to the board of directors on governance and shareholder matters.
Jennie joined Quad in 2010 as Assistant General Counsel. In 2013 she was promoted to General Counsel, and in 2015 she was elevated to her current position.
Prior to Quad, Jennie worked in various legal roles for motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including three years on assignment in Europe supporting Harley-Davidson’s international sales operations. There she oversaw legal matters related to the company’s international expansion in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She also worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and for Milwaukee law firm Foley & Lardner.
Jennie serves on the board of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (NYSE: MEC), where she was elected as Chairperson of the Compensation Committee in 2022.
Having recently become empty nesters, Jennie and her husband live in Brookfield, Wis., with their two cats. Jennie is a season ticketholder and loves to attend Bucks games, and she is an avid traveler.
Jennie earned her law degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Iowa.
